  Jared (nicko) and myself just had a load of fun with the Congressional greens. Jared missed 2 tiddlers on 4 and 7 so I took advantage and went 1UP. MY putter was hot on the front 9 and kept it at 1UP until 12 with some nice putting to keep J at bay (you gotta putt well to beat this guy believe me!). We were 8 under after 12 so it was a decent game.

  J made a nice bird at 13 to level the match, then i got a horse shoe at 14 which was crazy, it wasnt even going quick, and to rub salt in the wound i lipped out at 15 for good measure ( I love this game!).

  J got to 2 UP. We birdied 16 then Jared closed me out on 17. Never mind losing to a CC member, particularly my captain!

  Great to play with you again J, you are a real fun guy and a proper gent.

  Go get em J!! our CC is ready for a hustle winner!

  Just finished my match with dsheavills. I am really lucky to escape this one with a win. Darren's putter was unreal through the front 9. He was draining everything inside 20 ft no matter the break. I believe he shot 29 or 30 and took the side 1 up. He got incredibly unlucky on the back side. Painful lipout after lipout and probably the nastiest horseshoe I have seen to date. It seemed like it took 30 seconds to get all the way around the hole.

  But as always it was a pleasure playing a round with him. A great sport and a great player. The Ryder Cup captain should seriously consider him as a Captain's pick as he missed out on a couple qualifying tournaments.

  Jaycen and I went ahead w/our 2nd round match (Can you tell its been a while since the last hustle for me, lol).  We had a nice battle on the front. He birdied 1 to go up early as i left edged it. Evened it at two, then we both went on a string of birdies. I managed a 28 on the front to go up early. Then the three putts reared their head on the back, but Jaycen went a bit sideways there too.

  He did not play as well as he is capable for sure (see his 4up victory over me in the MP challenge for proof).  It was still a good match and fun playing. Thanks Jaycen!

  JC and I have kicked off this hustle quickly already playing round 2. It started off fairly even the first 5 holes, I won the first and JC winning the second going into 6 A/S. JC then took the next 4 holes with birdies for a 4 up lead and -7 on the front. got to the back where I still couldn't get nothing started but was able to win 10 but lost it again on 11. Still a one sided game, my putter still cold and JC ends up winning after 15 5 up after I missed my birdie putt and conceded his. Even with the horrible play by me it was still an enjoyable game with JC as it always has been. Hope for the best the rest of the way my friend.

  Just lost to solid1 3&2. Well played a very nice guy. I never got going, he was 3 up after 4 and from then we just swapped holes. Well played and good luck going forward.

  Thanks Paul ,take away the first few holes and we might still be playing in sudden death. Great guy to get a match in with and look forward to more battles in the future.

  I just won a match with FRIENDofyourWIFE.  there wasn't a lot of excitement and i'm not sure i've ever seen more putts burn the edges, but it ended up 2&1.  i forgot to get a screencap of the scorecard.

  just lost my first round hustle to mohuyu..( 4 up )

  the fella was too hot for my liking:) and i can see why he reached the final last time round!!

  all the best as you progress mo..im sure you'll go close again if not all the way

  Got in my first round match with Stevenharkin. I just had one of those matches where pretty much every shot went as planned. Steven's a good guy and the match was closer than the scoreline indicates. Thanks for the match.

  Bulfrog won 3/2

   

  Had a cold putter and played ***, Frog took an early lead 3up after 5 and i got back yo 1up after 10 but a nice chip in at 11 and 13 from frog i couldnt catch up.

   

  Frog had 1 180degree at 9 and i had maybe 3 big lipouts.
