leveling up your country club

  my country club is a new club.  i noticed that as the club levels up items are not distributed to all members and or do not appear to be offered.   Example at level 3 custom tee's...nothing shows up to customize or offered.   Any help on this?

  The items shown are available to all members. The custom tees means that the starter of a tournament can set which tees the players can hit from.
