Not receiving credits

  Is anyone else not receiving credits that you cash in but they aren't getting credited to your account???  If you're having the same problem, can you please tell me who to contact to get the credits credited to my account???

  Outch!

  Save proof of both - the payment and the account.

  If this is true, we'd have the first published case of account-mangling with real money involved. Remember: There was a case with 100 vs. 50 CC Passes "gifted" and taken away!
