For info :Signed up for credits with a certain company going through Supersonic adds, did not get credits, wrote to WGT who said it was not their problem (oh really). I sent my transaction to Supersonic, automated response, again i have waited and sent it again, no response. I have wrote now to WGT and advised them that they are the company im dealing with, not a sub contractor.

Be very wary as this has happened before to me and others in my club, so its not a one off.

No response or credits i will mention the sites where there has been issues.

If you made a purchase in order to get credits , you can contact your credit card company and stop the payment . If you used a bank card then contact your bank and stop payment . In most states you have 30 days to contest payments with either card .

This is nothing new it happens all the time and yours is not the first complaint on this issue . But its ok because now you know what to do . Hope this helps . :-)

Thanks Lonnie, i will do.  For info readers its supersonic Ads, Casino.Com. Advert said 15min delay, waited a day, then was advised could be 1 day, i said i have waited 1 day, then just been advised poss 6 to 8 days lol.

Reminds me of when a friend asked me to get him a pint as i was going to bar, after 15 mins he asked for his pint. I said "it could take 1 day", the next day he asked again where it was and i said "it could take 6 to 8 days my friend". Ohhh how we still laugh about it ;-)

    P.S Hes still waiting!!!!

Sorry but need to state, Casino. com have been the only company of the three to give a decent response to my emails, still not sorted but hats off to them.

when doing these which I do on the odd occasion i always take screen shots of every stage with the clock date and calendar visible and also every e-mail from the parties involved. A lot say you have not done the offer properly so I also take a screen shot of the terms too. Usually get paid out in the end but watch out when doing some offers from some of the casino sites as they have multiple offers like bingo casino etc and once you have signed up to one you will find that you are no longer a "new" member when you sign up to another as I have found out to my cost. If you still get no joy then it is up to WGT as they are the hosting site and are thus liable no matter what they say as they know almost no one , unless they have money to burn, would take them to court to get a few credits. Hope this helps

Thanks for that, yeah i have sent all relevant shots (twice), Casino.com did send decent response asking me to wait 24 hrs for them to do some further checks, as yet no response from 2nd mail to WGT or Supersonic. Careful folks is all i would say, if it sounds too good to be true then it is too good to be true i feel.. Looks like when balls run out then rocks it is, only on principal as not giving WGT any of my cash again. But we will see.

After  a week of emails and limited response, i must finally warn users against WGT Supersonic adds. Trialpay i have used with great success but not Supersonic. Other members in our club have also suffered through them, so its not a one off as others on here have gratefully advised. To WGT...At least Dick Turpin wore a mask..
