I like my level 77 nike, nice and slow, the 10ft scale can be very forgiving at times and did pretty well on the putter precision tests (see p.2 in top post "equipment and avatars").  -Keith

level 70 odyssey, you can't go wrong...several TL's who own the lvl 96 Odyssey still play with their lvl 70 because they like it....

I suggest you decide what putting style you are first and then search the forums for the many discussions on putters. For instance, I aim and then off ding to feel, others are pure dingers or pure off ding putters.

I have found the advice on here spot on in regards to putters that work best for off ding putters - i.e. the L55 Daytona or what ended up being even better the L71 versa.

If you ding your putts, listen to the advice from all the players that are dingers and you will get some great options as you already are.

Big D is so on it here. I have never been a great putter, but the L70 let me get pretty decent and the L96 (hands down best putter for sale) has allowed me to get pretty good, and I still improve, and the transition between the two is smooth as silk... ~ SP ~

Stick with the same scales as your putter. So the L70 odyssey will be good
