Can't redeem Views

  I tried to redeem some views today and keep getting this message. "Your player is out of sync with our server, Please click the reload button below to reload your player".

  When I do this nothing happens. Anybody ever have this problem and how did you resolve it? Thanks.

  I am waiting to hear back from WGT.

  I tried opera, and that also did not work for me.

  Same issue here and it happens on several computers with several OS

  Why can't we get a message from WGT?

  UPDATE - Thanks WGT for fixing the redeem views problem - and thank God you didn't waste 5 seconds answering my whining. That's 5 seconds faster I could start playing without using starter balls.

   

  Thank you Zio. I feel so much better now. Appreciate you taking the 5 seconds that WGT staff couldn't afford to spend.

  Communication breakdown... it's always same ...
