I'm not getting paid for my Bracket Tournaments

  I'm not getting paid for my Bracket Tournaments in CC ALL STARSts , I won the Tournament dated 12/05/2014, you have yet to post my winning in the tournament.

  Another Bracket Tournament in November, I came in 4th and it posted my core as withdrawing from the tournament.

   

  Please Correct these errors in my game.
