Level 92; tour master - why am I still a "guest"?

  I have been playing consistently since 2011. I was initiated as a "guest". After all this time I'm still a "guest" rather than a full member. I'd like to know why. How do I remove the guest status?

  Check to see if your browser is clearing cookies when you close it. This is where your info for logging on is stored and if you don't clear those cookies you won't have to sign in every time.
