Well generally some players see ones playing better, and some can't handle that IMO. Consistently low scoring is very possible without cheating. So many rounds I play I think should have done that or I was not sure about that wind or break or.......some one who plays to the extent of the very top players, with their skill also it's v possible to see how they do it. Now doing it also is the hard bit any which how of course.
Also some players do cheat, just this guy is one of the many several who do not, and that's top player or otherwise (for clarity not that you in any way suggested he was).
EDIT: I would like to see one day any credit tourney requiring a twitch type feed just to play it.........For many reasons that's way easier said than done though, may be just impossible, and so v much an addled brainstorm:)
