holiday ball give away

  I don't understand how a player that plays every day, currently I'm 77 days consecutive, can be overlooked with free ball give aways. I played through the holidays and received 1 christmas ball and did not receive a new year ball??

  I played Christmas day of 2016 and never received my holiday ball and I play everyday.

  Not that it is a great ball but most of us didn't receive the snow ball.

  +1 Nobody got the holiday ball . I contacted C/S about it yesterday and for the first time ever I got no response back . I know that yesterday was a holiday so I made allowances for that but as of today still no reply .

  I figured that WGT was mad since the cancellation of the 12 day give away . They lost a good thing behind their flippant attitude in regards to Andyson . But they have yet to learn about not biting the hand that feeds the mouth . If they would have learned that lesson years ago the sell out to Top Golf never would have happened .

  It's possible that they took today off for Christmas since it fell on the weekend.  I also didn't receive the free ball, like most of us.

  I clicked on the contact link at the bottom of the page this morning and asked nicely for the ball. The ball was added to my inventory in less than 15 minutes. I would suggest others do the same.

  Thanks to customer service for responding so quickly today.
