PaulTon: it's like a combo of golf and spirograph.
... made me think of drunken etch-a-sketch. Fabulous, Paul! Thank you for sharing that.
opyeuclid: DarkenRahl: Kudos Shoe and Icon - we been had.
Nice score , And on the last day . the hints were there , some of you missed out on a fun game .

I still can't believe more didn't find it... It was a lot easier than Easter Eggs at Pinehurst. Maybe we needed Team Yancy on the case...
Thanks Opy for all the clues... I too thought the secret might be to say anything about someone above me (and I was hoping for that to be impossible)… Opy, Randal, DarkenRahl, and Beryman may have an idea what I'm talking about, but I suspect that that probably sounds like sheer craziness to everyone else…
I finally found some time to tackle it (last minute again) and had a blast. This might have been my favorite round ever on WGT (or at least since Saturday and the TIO Bandon R2 pressure cooker). Icon was in my sights, and try as I might, I couldn't figure out just how hard to hit those putts. An incredible 2 birdie finish on the last 2 holes gave me an incredulous -2 closing score.
I must confess a huge dilemma... I badly wanted to tell friends about this event, but figured in the end that would spoil the surprise: it was something people had to find for themselves.
Congrats on a very nice trick, Shoe and Icon! But it played so well (and was such a good challenge), can we have another that people know about (maybe even in the game client!)?
---------------
A few highlights (nothing to match Paul's putt on #7 though):
#3 just misread this one... and feared for a moment I would roll back off the green
#4 only the 30sec rule kept this pulled tee shot on the green
#10 lovely 16ft fringe putt birdie
#18 final hole birdie
a lot of close calls: from 14ft on #6, from 9ft on #7, from 9ft on #11, from 8ft on #12, and from 9.5ft on #15. Several of these were just left short, as I just couldn't figure out the right speed.

I know I'm too late for the original thread, but I want to add something nice about WigerToods2010, who very generously has created countless trophies and tourney graphics for the community for years. And he's a Scot! What more is there to say...
