Redeeming Credits

  Hi,can any 1 tell me how I can redeem my credits so I  may purchase some decent balls,at least.I have tried to redeem several times,programme says re-load,yet I still cant redeem.not good playing with balls your not accustomed to.

  same here  cant redeem my credits getting same messge reload out of sync
