my game completion status is orange , i may be part of that problem but not fully i had internet connection problems and was dropping games like crazy. never was green status full time ( i get pissed to easy ....lol) . but contacted customer service first time and the advised to play several completed rounds of blitz and stroke play. well to date i have played 20 plus such completed rounds. and still orange. contacted them again with the same problem . i got there reply back " case closed lost ball category ( WTH ). so tired of getting bumped from matches. dont play a lot but when i do it takes so long to find a game. guess i will start seaching for another golfing site. got that off my chest thank you and carry on......FISH

Are those blitz and stroke games multiplayer? Won't change anything if they're not. That whole rating system is based on you finishing what you start with others.

They have to be multi-player games I believe, if they were, ignore this post.

I think the completion ratio is based on your last 30 games but I have no idea of the numbers of quits/discons which turn green to yellow and yellow to orange.

Maybe Alosso knows more, this is his kinda thing.

If that's the case then I would copy the results from your score history and forward them to WGT with the same question. The problem there might be that they have no way of knowing if the scores were solo or multiplayer.

    Quote taken from FAQ

    ~MULTIPLAYER GAME COMPLETION PERCENTAGE

I see a colored ball with a checkmark in it on my account and other players in a multiplayer lobby. What is that?

The colored ball you see next to player names in multiplayer lobbies is their Multiplayer Game Completion Percentage. It represents the percentage of the time the player finishes a multiplayer game. Green represents excellent completion percentage, Yellow represent good completion and Orange represents below average completion. The value are determined by the player's last 100 multiplayer games.~
