  How do you load your own picture on your profile.. Where do you go?   Thanks.

  To change your profile picture, visit your profile page and click the "Appearance" button (here: http://screencast.com/t/eIxMgzqDcjC) and then click "Upload Your Own Photo".
  
  Then click Browse to find a photo on your computer.  Please make sure that your photo is a valid image file type (.jpg .gif .png) and that it is under 4MB in size.
  
  Click "Upload Photo" to see a preview.
  
  Select the portion of the image you would like to use, and click SAVE to upload your new profile picture.

  Is this no longer an option? I don't see the upload your own pic button.

  Go to "My Profile" and click appearance and then Upload Your Own Photo. 

  That's how I became the champ.

  When your pic is grayed out you have to ask a moderator to sort it for you. The moderator above should know that.
