  We have been slowly seeing reports that they are no longer having the issues with redeeming views.  So if you are still seeing problems you will need to contact them directly.  Thanks everyone.

  I have contacted them - but no answer - so obviously there is nothing to do to solve the problem. Too bad

  Just had a look and had 87 unredeemed from somewhere ?

  Anyway, cashed some in for 35c.

  Worked fine.

  all good on my end now, had 122 views redeemed  a 100 & gonna wait till i see the            " 5 views tab" till i try again..         ;-)

  A simple WTF Happened would suffice.

  As the Forum is dominated by the now 'fixed' redeem issue, that seems a reasonable request, however................it's WGT :-)

  Amazed me the amount of members who we regulars rarely see, find their way to the Forum when needed, so...

  Maybe WGT should ( in all seriousness ) be more proactive in dealing with the 'partners' Livegamer etc etc that they take $$ from and when things go wrong, not pass the buck ?

  Seems like many members want or need this service and won't solely rely on it for paying to play.

  Look after the left hand WGT...

  ...and the right hand will click on BUY much more smoothly ?
