I completed a Trial Pay Offer for 7000 credits to sign up to Ladbrokes.

It has been a complete disaster. Eventually, after many emails and hours of messing around and chasing by me - I finally received 6000 credits.

1: WGT just put their hands in the air and said nothing to do with us.

2: Trial Pay said sorry but the offer was for 6000.

Naturally, the offer is no longer to be found and therefore my proof is gone. Has anyone had a similar experience or has proof of the 7000 ladbrokes credit offer.

    Many thanks!

    Hello.

I'm sorry that you experienced that. Unfortunately WGT does not control the offers or video credit redemption process. This is on the surveyor's side. If you happen to do another offer please make sure to take screenshots. You can do this by using the instructions on the link below.

Thanks for the reply - but that is exactly my point. Surely if WGT are authorising third parties to arrange in game credits on their behalf, they certainly have some liability. I find this lack of respect and ownership to support paying and involved players rather poor.

I did the Ladbrokes one and never did get paid. They said that 99% of customers are paid out instantly. They lie.

Hi courteneyfish, thanks for your reply and I am sorry that you also had issues and that you didn't even get paid. receipts@trialpay.com is the email that I used to get in touch with Trialpay to fix. I don't understand by WGT are not doing anything about this?
