Black screen

  Was playing bracket tourny, had a fair round going when my screen went black. Waited a few minutes to see if it would come back, it didn't. Anything I can do on my end?

  Many things can cause this and 99% of the time it is your hardware or installed drivers or monitor connections also failing power supply etc. Here is a link for things to check:

  You had a game error. Most likely a disconnect.

  First thing I would do is check your internet connection to see if your modem went off. Next thing I would do is cuss, if it did.

  I had it happen twice today during a skins game with one of my friends. Logged out and back in just in time, both times...lol...I told him it was his fault for making a bird...lmao

  Thanks for the info. Ran a check and everything was ok so I still don't understand it. Came back on and I was able to pick up where I left off. Interruption didn't do me a lot of good but at least I didn't have to withdraw.

  The game screen has a black phase between the shots. It may stay black if the discon hits in his moment.The common "problem with the game" message won't appear then - dead end(?)

  Fortunately, the game auto-saves after each shot in ranked games, so we can come back even when we didn't use the SAVE&QUIT menu tab.
