I wrote wgt and got the usual clear your cache etc etc

I can't add half the guys in my CC to my friend list. it says we are friends if you look at the profile but they never appear in the list, so adding them to games is a pain. we play a lot of multi player tournaments and it really screws with that

I have tried on multiple browsers, even recently formatted my laptop and tried 3 different browsers

I'd rather see this fixed than say gift a ball advert at the end of a round

256 is the magic number. When you have more than this many friends, odd stuff starts happening very much like what you are describing. Get your list under 256 and you should see an improvement.

Not sure what you're babbling on about there but 256 most definitely is the number and the OP had over 360 when he first posted. Read his 2nd post.

You aren't saying anything that hasn't already been said long before you.

*edit-LOL. I didn't look at how many you have and now that I did I can tell you you should do the same thing. Get the number under 256 and then come back here. Until you do, whether you like it or not, 256 remains the magic number. Search the many discussions about it.  :-)

Coming back here after you reduced your list to under 256 would make this thread make sense. Check the link from Icon in the other thread. Then this is the fast way to get under that 256.

    • Expand your friends list on your page
    • Right click on an avatar and select the top option to open in another page
    • Go to that page, delete the friend and close the page.
    • Repeat for as many times as you need to.
    • If you don't see the Remove Friend button, refresh the page.

that's basically what I did but used the middle mouse button (the wheel, as it opens a new tab)

that said you can only do 10 at a time that way because the flash screws up with more than that and no "remove as friend" button appears.

I deleted a ton and now my friends list makes sense so by tonight it will be down to about 40 people lol
