  Please keep in mind that not all of the courses have stroke play games available. The ones you mentioned above do not have a stroke play option.

  Those are all CTTH only courses, but we will soon get Pebble Beach for 18 hole stroke play. Apparently because WGT and Pebble Beach changed their use licensing agreement the last time it was renewed.

  WGT made the 200,000 or so photos they needed of PB the first couple of weeks of last May. And the photography happened shortly after WGT/PBGL renegotiated the use license.
