This is to all you players who actually think that WGT give a toss about what happens on here. I have never posted on here before, but i'm going to have my say now.
I've played this game since January 2012 and I have never played a more unfair and frustrating game in my life. I can understand why people get angry on here and lose their cool, and guess what - this is like the wild west of America in the 19th century, anything goes, and no one could care less. The unfair and inconsistent nature of this game stokes up controversy and discontent, and I get the impression that wgt sit back and enjoy the chaos that they create.
WGT still do nothing to fix the metre issues that bug this game. They have no incentive to do so. I play match play challenge games from time to time, and have so often had my game spoilt by jumping, jerking erratic metre problems. Glitches, errors and inconsistencies regularly intervene to influence the outcome of money games to favour one player or another.
What do they call that when a game for money is unfairly influenced, by a third party, in favour of one or other of the players. Hmmm.
I just played two games for credits, both of which went to extra holes. After the final hole of normal play the screen goes grey, and I disconnect after a minute or so to rejoin the game. This happens 3 times with no other option but to disconnect in order to carry on. Eventually, I am told that my money has been given to my opponent. On other occasions the game has been halted by some glitch or other, only for me to reconnect within 20 seconds and , once again, to be faced with a message telling me that I didn't reconnect in time and the game, and my money have been awarded to my opponent.
I understand why people become irate and aggressive, and guess what, wgt don't give a toss. I have been looking at the posts on here over the past couple of years. I regularly see posts from dissatisfied players complaining about injustices and irregularities. These will continue because wgt are continuing to make money. People continue to buy VIRTUAL balls at almost the kinds of prices at which you can buy real balls. Wgt keep raking in the money and couldn't care less about the playing experience of their clientele.
I see so many sycophantic and obsequious posts extolling the virtues of wgt. 'oh yeah, but this game is great', ' but man, look how hard they work to provide such a wonderful game'. People will continue to pay for clubs and balls in the hope that they will get a consistently rewarding and enjoyable experience, and wgt will continue to offer you rip off CC clash competitions with snowmen and gnome tee box markers as prizes, JOKE. Virtual putters costing 400,000 credits, JOKE. Players will continue to buy into this game and wgt will continue to treat them with contempt and disdain.
Are people stupid for complaining about a situation where the inevitable outcome of a game, FOR MONEY, is affected by imperfections in programming; or by the complete indifference and complacency of those who run the game. The only stupid people are those who think that organisations like wgt are decent, altruistic entities who do their utmost to provide their customers with a fair and equitable experience.
C'mon I know that you people worship mammon and have no integrity, but really lol.
