Score rank 67.0 and still amateur?!

  How did this guy do it?  I want to have a master rank score and still hit from the lady tees.  Because today I played with this guy, mancoy, that was an amateur with 67.0 score rank and level 28.  He told me he was new to the game had he thought nothing was wrong.

  So how can I do this too?

  he's only played 13 ranked rounds, and I don't think that is enough to jump from hack to pro.

  WGT have lengthened the number of rounds required to change tier to ensure players are at a suitable level for buying new clubs from the store.
