You'll have to "Remove friend" on each friend's profile page, one by one.
Open the "show all friends" display of your own profile, right click on each respective name to open his profile in a different tab. Repeat 5-8 times, then do the above on each of them, close the tabs and continue from your own page.
It's tedious but the only way. No shortcut available.
