I know this thread is old, but I'm new here and have no idea what a "red tee" TL is. There is some way to play ranked rounds at the easy tees? I'm not looking to do it, I'm just curious that all TLs might not be considered legitimate TLs.

To me the bigger crime was letting all those people who used the Par 3 exploit stick around. There are more people level 100+ than there should be (legitimately).
