Constant loading problems

  Well thanks to two opponents disconnecting and never coming back, I am 2-0 on my alt shot games today. That's no way to win a match though. Hell, lots of times you can't even get a game going, it looks like you have 4 players but you really don't. And almost every time a game starts, one player takes forever to load, if he doesn't get booted first. And I hear the same thing from lots of other players - loading problems, screens freezing up or otherwise going blank, meter problems, etc.

  I love playing this game, but it sure is frustrating when these constant loading problems happen over and over. And they don't happen only at peak time periods either. So what gives? I see a post from a WGT administrator regarding letting them know when this happens. Um, that post is from SEVEN MONTHS AGO! How long is this going to go on?

  Good thing for you is, you were able to clear your mind with that rant.

  Bad thing is, the company don't listen too much here - the game don't change on any request. Take it as-is and be the change yourself if you want to.

  They are WGT - hope is futile.

  Well if it's true that WGT doesn't listen to their customers, then they are breaking the number one rule of doing business.

  Besides, if players aren't playing, they aren't using balls and WGT isn't making any money off of them. And if players get disgusted and quit - and some players apparently are doing - there's revenue down the drain. So in the end WGT loses.
