    WGTdbloshoe:
The payout at the end of the tournament will be the same as we payout for all of our tournaments.  The only way it would change is if you select say the Top 10 only would be paid. The fee really is just so you can sponsor it and have us build it.  It's not really designed to cover the payouts

So Club Owners sponsor a comp for 4000crs for Top 10.   When you say Wgt will 'build it' , does that mean you will top-up the prize fund.

What if we sponsor 4000crs for Top 20.  Will Wgt still build the Prize fund to normal winnings.

Sounds good and where do we sign up...  if we want to.

    WGTdbloshoe:
Because this is new, the sponsor fee is fluid.  But probably in the 3,000 credit range.  Not set in stone and will depend on if it is a weekly or monthly.

    Ok fair play.

May I suggest to those powers that be at WGT central they hurry up with the transparency over price.

3000 credits for a monthly is 750 for a weekly or is that 3,000 per week is the obvious ?, and so way too much fluidity.

Failing to see how something aimed more at helping the clubs, and in turn by definition WGT, can cost 3,000 credits a week or anything remotely half way close to change a sign post.

Wait and see when the company makes it mind up as to what the final outlay would be, but suggest they think broad base IMO.

As with many things the market sets the price.  Which is why right now it is fluid.  If we set it at let's say 5k for a week and 10k for a month, what would the reaction be?  Do you feel clubs or individuals would pay that?  Hard to say until we get a few more weeks into this.  We also need more info in owners who are looking to add members.  So over the next week hopefully we will get some feedback from them as well as long time owners.  I truly think this will be beneficial for clubs, especially ones who have a lot of slots open to fill.

My response is; it will be a self generating benefit to all Country Clubs, and just what is needed.

Q1: How many clubs are willing to sponsor, if it comes out (the bank)

As a club owner at WGTAMIGOS am all for it and will post on our cc forum for a re-action.

Q2: will EVENTS(clashes) still carry on as normal.

Hard to imagine that they would but the CC Passes have shown me that some people will buy anything!

HOW do you start a new thread in the forum ?

I have a question about the WGT survey.     what does this mean?

    14. If you're playing WGT Golf less than before, what are the reasons?

is the "most important" the reason I'm playing less or the "least important" the reason I'm playing less?.....even though I'm not playing less, how do you answer this?

In fact, some of these questions should be worded differently so they would make better sense.    The "most important" reason I'm playing less? or "most important" factor at WGT?

You can start a thread in the Community Introductions section. For other posting you'll have to speak to one of the moderators to ok it.

don't you think it would be a smart idea to have the CC bank working first??  before starting this.   as I see it only the owner of a CC will have to fork the bill for theses so-call tournaments.... and if you had the CC bank working 1st , then it would be easier to afford this ..

Exactly. IF this is the case and by the way it sounds,,,it is.

I would NEVER fork out 3, 4, 5K up front. FOR WHAT! and I think there are more owners than not that would agree.
