Game Completion!

  I have a yellow completion score, however the reason for any non completion is wgt poor connection. I often finish a game and when I  log on later I am informed that I have Forfeited the last game, this gives a misleading idea to other competitors  how do I sort this out?

  Unfortunately Customer Support doesn't have the tools to re-instate or renew a completion rating from my knowledge. You might want to try playing some Blitz games. This mode allows you to play with others but in the event they disconnect you can still continue playing. Completing rounds is the only way to make it go back to green.
