I have now played 3 match play 9-hole games. I have yet to receive an award for even playing 1! I won all 3, not that the game seems to care. Is there some sort of criteria for this to qualify? Btw, these 3 matches were over the last year or so, only the last one was tonight. The second one was after the match play awards were available, but no award received then either. Anyone else having this problem?
Your records would suggest that you haven't even played a match play game. This could be a bug.

I do not see anything either...Weird.
If this happens again, don't quit the game, but start new one and right click game window and submit a bug with appropriate details. Then post the title of the submission on my wall. Not sure if I can help but I will try.

I forgot to submit while I was in the game. I just realized that at least one of the previous games was a stroke play match, but I just played another 9-hole match-play game, which I won. Still no listing. Does it have to be an 18-hole match? I don't think I've tried one of those yet. This is frustrating. Maybe it's a problem that I've been a member since before the match play was available?
it should not matter if its 9 or 18. as long as you winor lose it should record it
So how can it be fixed? I'm not going to keep playing these long matches to get no credit for it. It would be nice to at least get the first award.
Make sure match play game mode is in "scored" not "practice" . Practice is the default. Those don't count.
Somebody has to make a stand,,,absolute BS on this site tonight...Two matches lost because of the site causing glitches...get on these people,,,FOLKs
WGT,,,this has to stop...forfeit two matches in a row,,,without making a swing,,,after losing a match I was leading,,,because time expired,,,I couldn't stop the meter from jumping...
25% of my games are decided by tour stupid glitches,,,fix it
They were definately not in "practice mode".
