Credits not in my account...

  So this morning I decided I wanted to get the r11 driver, so I through the credit offers and settled upon the ladbrokes casino offer - 3500 credits for a 20£ deposit and wager. Which I did (and won at roulette) - it says on the link it's an instant credit. Can anyone help with this?
