NOT RECEIVING INVITES

  It is so annoying to be sending invites to friends and not receiving any response because THEY ARE NOT SEEING MY INVITES!!

  Did you send a request to Customer Support? If not then please answer some of the following questions.

  -When did you notice this issue begin? Please provide dates and times.

  -Are you able to receive invites or unable to send/receive? If you can send invites please let us know.

  -What game mode are you trying to invite other players to? 

  This information will help us understand what is going on. Once again if you have sent a request to Customer Support make sure to provide them with this information.

  If they have more than 255 friends then they wont see you. It all gets silly at 256.

  This happens all the time.  It started about a month or so ago and is ongoing and random.  it happened to us again last night.

  -Are you able to receive invites or unable to send/receive? If you can send invites please let us know.

   I can send invitations to a game but sometimes they simply do not receive them.  Last night it happened 3 times and one of the persons I was sending the invitations to had to set up the game because no matter what he did, including cookie clearing, cache clearing, exiting out and restarting WGT, even rebooting his computer did nothing to help.  That happened with two people.

  -What game mode are you trying to invite other players to? 

  The game modes we were using included blitz and stroke. 

  This information will help us understand what is going on. Once again if you have sent a request to Customer Support make sure to provide them with this information.

  Different people have sent in help tickets about this over the past 2 months (since it started happening, and it has been a topic for discussion here on this forum several times I believe.   Most have just given up on it being fixed.

  Every time you log on,you get a pop up saying WGT is better playing with friends. It's just a frigging shame you can't play with friends anymore. Because these days the majority of the time when you try playing with friends you get booted out before a single stroke is played.  Stop advertising that this game is good playing with friends, when its the hardest thing to do. I would prefer it if you said. WGT is not about playing with friends it's pure pot luck, but we don't care if you don't. All you suckers will still spend your hard earned money and time trying.
