Which balls?

  im currently using G13-D balls as i find the meter easy t judge for me. I guess i have a slow reflex.

  apart from these balls are there any better for slower meter speed but give as good or better than the G13-D

  i like a ball that hits the greens and stops obviously this is using a wedge or 9 iron.

  It's the slowest metered ball there is. If you practice with the free balls, when you change back they'll seem even slower.

  As Piztaker said the GI3-D ball is the slowest along with the GI3-S ball. The main difference in the 2 is that the GI3-D ball has 1 dot on distance so you get a little extra distance maybe 3 yards or so. Where as the GI3-S ball has 1 dot on Spin making it stop sa little better. But if you work at timing the meter by doing what Piz said playing a lot with the free ball then the faster meter balls seem a lot slower. For me the Tour GI-S ball is one of the best as it has 1 dot distance and 2 dots spin. Even as old as I am with my slower reflexes the GI3 balls were just too slow and I almost always clicked way too soon. Even with the Tour GI-S ball I sometimes click too soon and if an old man like me(64) can time the meter with them anyone should be able to. If the one dot feel balls don't slow the meter down enough for you try the GI2 balls. They are just like the GI3 balls the D ball has 1 dot distance and the S ball has 1 dot spin. And if you can afford it the tour GI-SD ball is the best for everyone except legends with 2 dots on both distance and spin. And for those with lightning fast reflexes the tour SD ball is great same as the Tour GI-SD but with no feel. I use them sometimes if i feel I can time the meter with them.Couple any of the balls with spin with irons with good spin rating and you can stop the ball fairly well.(Edit) I just played a round using the Tour-SD ball and I have never dinged the meter so often even my misses were what Bolly calls 1/2 a pixel or so. I shot a -2 34 would have been better if I had read the break better. I missed 3 or 4 birdie putts by no more and a foot or 2 total and I missed 3 eagle putts 2 of the 3 by less than a foot. The third I totally misread it and missed it by 20 feet and then missed the birdie putt by 2 inches. But if i can continue to nail the meter with the Tour-SD ball it will save me many credits as they are much cheaper than any of the other balls I use.

  On the subject of balls it sure makes me wonder why every other ball wgt has come out with has started with the no feel option and much later progressed to the more expensive feel ball until the legend balls. Then they come out with another half of ball of durability on a GI2 legend ball which actually makes them cheaper per hit. Are they saying to us you better buy the most accurate putter, make up for the xtra speed of the meter with more expensive balls and ditch the daytona? It seems as though the accuracy on it has regressed. I know the greens are tougher at tournament speed but still there seems to have been a small difference ever since they came up with the slightly better in accuracy putters which I've never tried.
