booted before time to reload expired

  Hi..just was in a match that got disconnected..reloaded will within the alloted 2:30 to do so.. Message came out that said i did not rejoin game in time. Not only lost a 5 under round, but a whole round of ball strikes. Cannot tell you how many extra balls i have gone thru with other recurring problems that i believe are not my computer or server related as other players report the same thing at the same time. Love this game and have brought many people to your site. An appropriate goodwill gesture of a couple of sleeves of the cheap balls i play would be very nice. Thank You very much for your time.   Sorry to hear about the troubles you encountered. Anytime you get disconnected please send us a bug report. This helps us tremendously and we always appreciate the help. In case you were not aware, to submit a report just follow the steps below.

  1. Right-click the screen while the game window is open. 

  2. Select the option "Submit this problem to WGT" on the menu displayed.

  3. Describe the issue you are experiencing in as much detail as possible.

  Have addressed this issue before as has i'm sure tens of thousands of others. Just had the connection error come up for the 3rd time during a game and could not continue. This was happening to the other players during the same round. 5 under round, gone and a whole round of ball strikes...again. Frustration is rampant throughout the WGT community.

  Have recently joined several groups playing Chambers Bay. For some reason it does not show up under the menu of courses to play. Any ideas? thnx - TAALASKA1
