banned player

  can anybody help?

  my best friend is banned yesterday, probably because we played a couple of games last week from my house. So from the same IP-adress. We both like the game, like playing against eachother, and having a bear together and some conversation. I invited him to this game, he allready put real money in it, and now he is kicked out. It is very easy to see it is not a cheat. We never gave eachother stuff (like balls or other things) and we are on-line a lot together from different IP- adresses. We simply liked playing in the same room. Had no idea that that would raise a problem. 

  There is no response from WGT, and I feel bad about it. Can anybody tell us what to do here?

  By WGT's response, have your friend write them and explain the situation.

  Shoe, what is the rule?

  If my son-in-law who is a member here, plays from my house he can get banned?

  Can he play from my network on a different pc?

  Exactly how does that work so I can prevent any future problems here?

  Sorry we don't go into detail on questions like that.  We don't rely on any one tactic to find multi accounters though.

  It is not my account, but is it a big secret why he got banned? He wrote to WGT, but did not get a response. Why is it a problem to play together, if it is very obvious that it is not a cheat. I was thinking of playing the game with my wife, but am I to understand that that is not possible?

  OK, I get that!

  However, can you PM me a simple yes/no as to whether or not I have to worry about being banned and losing 48,000 credits and all my stuff if he would be here and play a game or 2  on my network...I ask after reading this topic because he has in the past albeit a long time ago....

  Sorry, red this one later, but again; is it a secret why he got banned?

  If WGT relies on more tactics to find multi accounters I am very curious why they think this is a case of multiaccount. I started this game about a month ago, he about 3 weeks ago. there must be hours of playing where he is playing from his house miles away and I am playing here. Nothing changed hands, we only played some rounds while we were in my house. Bit strange to refuse to anwser peoples questions about this issue, just to let them find out that they were labelled 'cheater'.

  I know there are cheaters in this world, I'm not stupid, But it is not hard to find out that this is no case of cheating. If there are tactics about finding multi accounters they are not very efficient. Why so secretive?
