no one at that rank should be shooting anything close to that. ruins it for the beginners.
A "prodigy" maybe..Or, just maybe, somone figures it easier to game the system from the bottom tier than the top.
He is actually a pro now, and it is his best score by three strokes. So maybe a lucky round.....
or maybe a 2nd account. Just saying.
