When you play CC Tourneys, do you still count to tier and averages? Some tourneys are customized where they are easier or harder based on who set it up...?

If you are playing a 9 hole or 18 hole Stroke Play tournament then yes it would count towards your average and ultimately your tier.

    Unless it's a par 3 or a par 5 course.

Right -- any of the best of's (3, 5, hardest, etc.) do not count towards tiering and your average if I understand it correctly.

Right! Only Par60 to Par80 courses do count, as of today :)
