Can anyone explain this.

  I have just finished a 9 hole stroke play game in a four.

  One player named Restorpec ave 63.5 played 4,11,3,9 for 27.Then was qualified for 3 time outs over the course of the 4 holes played.After the 9 holes were completed he finished first on the score card.WHAT

  We apologize for this situation. Did you happen to submit a bug report after you noticed this? In case you did not know how, to submit a report: 

  1. Right-click the screen while the game window is open. 

  2. Select the option "Submit this problem to WGT" on the menu displayed.

  3. Describe the issue you are experiencing in as much detail as possible.

  It's an old glitch - no report necessary!

  A player quitting a strokeplay game prematurely frequently has less strokes than his competitors just because he played less holes.

  Nevertheless, he is proclaimed "winner" though it's not accurate.

  You might want to ignore it because it's not important: There's no record, no award - it will soon be buried in oblivion.
