  Week 8 9 hole unlimited is NOT 9 holes!! Same as Feb. 9 hole unlimited @ Merion is NOT 9 holes!!

  I'm beginning to believe that this is intentional.

  I think that the gnomes who set up tournament schedules are so far down the pecking order that this is an income inequality revolt.

  The shambles on Ready Go schedules is another example.

  Feeling scammed? You better visit your lawyer!

  It's irritating flaws in description and they happen far too often, but what's your loss? Play 18 or don't play them, your decision!

  Tournaments to your liking may be available in your CC - my members create them themselves.

  Well actually, they do seem to do this too often for oopsies so I'm guessing they want you to double up on ball hits. Can't be bothered playing 18 holes with the way the game has been playing lately. I'm beyond giving a Flying Elvis with what they actually do anymore. And Alosso, they advertise 9 holes, so 9 holes it shall be, m'kay? Not 18. Not 5. 9 holes. It's the principle of the thing, which WGT seems to routinely forget and too many homers come rushing in saying its no big deal. So its no big deal to you, why not keep your opinions to yourself then?

  Exactly. And the tourney states 9 holes (single play or unlimited) and you trust that this info is correct. So, you sign up and play (shouldn't have to check leader boards or peek at the scorecard before entering or playing). And when you play those 9 hole CC tourneys, they are 9 holes. 

  I only play 18 hole single play (my choice). I played the weekly 9 hole and after 9 holes, it showed the "making the turn" page. It's a BS scam. The majority of players who do play won't quit after already playing 9 holes. 

  Yes, it's trickery. And, I'm not so sure it's unintentional.

  Are you kidding me? Every week there is a 9 hole unlimited.....the flaw is in the actual tournament. I've only been here for 21 months and I have NEVER seen a weekly 18 hole unlimited.  

  Scam is probably the wrong word. It's more akin to "bait and switch". Sort of what unscrupulous car dealers and businesses are notorious for.

  If I am not mistaken, one of the Mods made a post several weeks ago that the Weekly Tournaments would be mixed up now and then. Making changes from the same ole same ole.

  I remember that post. The mod, however, never mentioned they would mix up the labels/titles, too.

  Me too, although it seems each day the "positiveness" is slipping away. I will still play, but that enthusiasm I used to have is waning. Sometimes, I log on, stare at the screen, and log right back off.

   jay in the future just need to look to the right says 18 there every time this happens . know its not the answer your looking for but its a work around
