Whats happened

  Recently we have had complaints all over this forum on

   

  • No backspin on ball
  • No Pebble Beach 18 hole
  • Weeklies set up wrong
  • Spinning issues
  • Discos
  • Invites not working

   

  These are just a few of the big ones, but i still like this game, though after typing above i am wondering why. My American cousins, is this organisation big in the US or is it like that rodent running around in Disneyworld.

  P.S good job we got fluffy tee markers and speed of light greens.

  Icon/shoe etc i know you are doing your best and you need a pay rise for having to deal with all this ;-)

  Somebody should research and  post the quarterly #'s .

  How would you propose this when the company is privately-held, Paul ? That means their quarterly P&L statements are not disclosed publicly, as would be a publicly-traded entity.

   

  A gnat on a rat's glute's is probably a wrong analogy, Marco. Defo not a Fortune 500 company, but I would imagine something equal to or larger than a fly would be more apropos.

  • No backspin on ball  - please submit a bug report via in game settings as soon as it happens! - I know there are borderline cases, so we want to fix them but we need reports so we can track them
  • No Pebble Beach 18 hole - we ran out of time while working on it, so it will come as soon as possible once us open is concluded.
  • Weeklies set up wrong - we have a new person who handles all weeklys/rg's so as he is learning, there will be hick-ups. lets give him a chance before we roast with with apples and pearl onions
  • Spinning issues - spinning issues? can you elaborate? only ones I know of are ones when flash crashes and player does not realize so and just sits and waits...
  • Discos - most are not related to the game but to the individual player
  • Invites not working - we're aware of it and are trying to solve it asap!

  Can you elaborate on what you mean by "ran out of time" please Icon. I diddn't realise there was a deadline set. If so when were you expecting it, and why the 4 month delay now ?

  Not as bad as me mate.... Lost my Tour Pro status and am now a Hack back at level 16 from 72???? Not to mention lost all my clubs and all my balls and winnings?????

  I have logged out and logged back in and still a Hack. Not Happy so I hope someone rectifies this very soon as I have spent quite some money and time.

  Sorry to post here mate but thought i should let all know until it gets fixed.

  Off-hand suggestion - Why don't the Mods use their magical powers and "collapse" similar (or identical-in the case of" invites") threads into a single (GERMAIN) thread?
