Robbed of Exp Points

  WGT, I have been working really hard to make level 97 so I can get the nike irons. I am getting close, but tonight I played the Merion 18-hole tournament, and after the closing putt, I get the dreaded message "unexpected error." So, I got robbed of about 1370 experience points  (400 for the round, 68 for strokes, 880 for continuous days,,22 from my CC, and I also got the "Merion Smasher Award, but don't know how many points that would be). So, WGT,you owe me at least 1370 experience points.I can never make level 97 with this kind of actions.

  Did you right click and submit an incident report?

  The game locked up on y last putt of an 18 hole 2 player ranked game yesterday.

  I right clicked and sent incident report and then got to finish the game.

  No, didn't send one. Don't know how I would have any chance to because as soon as the putt dropped, the error message came on the screen and it said to exit out and try again later. When I exited, it just went back to the main screen and I didn't have any opportunity to do anything else. Maybe I could have right clicked while the error message was displayed, don't know.

  Next time don't exit out. 

  1. Right-click the screen while the game client window is still open. 

  2. Select the option "Submit this problem to WGT" on the menu displayed.

  3. Describe the issue you are experiencing in as much detail as possible.
