Problem on Best of Par4 RG ( #75889)

    Hi

    I am having the same issue. Nothing I can do :(

    I have made all the preparation, and yet the message turns up. 

    First time I have experince that issue before "take off".

    I don't mind losing 500 cr., but it is still a NO GO situation!

    So I have to forfeit:(

    Does anybody knows if RG75890 Congressional 400 cr. has the same issue?

    Just so I can save my credit :-)

    Ps. It seems like all the new RG's, that came yesterday have the same loading problems!

    I see WGT changed ,  "New Scam" to "Problems"..  good job, guess i over-reacted.. sorry for the behavior on my part.

    Well it was 500cr. nonetheless. .  As adviced, by some other player in another thread, i forfeited and emailed Customer Service.

    Got a reply from the support staff in 5min, and they said, they'll refund my credits, when the tourney ends..

    So a good thing that Customer Service is running smooth and saving WGT's .....

    Ps. It seems like all the new RG's, that came yesterday have the same loading problems!

    I appears there is some sort of problem, I just finished and after my last putt on 18, I received the dreaded "unexpected error" page please exit and try again later.  Did not receive my xp and have no idea if my score will be included or if I will show as a WD.  Hopefully one of the "engineers or CS reps" can get out of the clown car long enough to check for me.

     I did submit an error report so I am currently waiting with baited breath for a resolution.

    wgt has had problems for 3 or 4 days now,,, I'm getting game errors,, game cancelled most all the time now.. getting no response from wgt.. this is really getting under my skin... when they don't have any issues taking our money or credits,, points...etc... wish they would get their act together... I'm about done... go ahead,, stick a fork in me... almost done... LOL,, getting to be such a joke on here.. just got to laugh at wgt or quit and go home

    Congo RG worked fine for me

    A couple harsh lippers but I won't get into that.. ;)

    The little people at WGT are probably screaming Holy $hit, and packing their bags. The ones on their yachts are asking them what are they doing to keep the players happy for the moment. Can you say totally FUBAR?  WGT needs to shut down until they get things fixed. Then come back with every single players account as it was. CDP's included. I have been at the top Google facilities and Verizon facilities, I see people scrambling non stop when there is an issue. I am getting very worried about our little game here. Some one please part the sea so we can stand a chance.

    No offence dbloshoe but wouldn't the better customer service be that instead of all the members having to email CS for the 2 faulty RG's to get a refund that rather WGT can see quite easily who has entered and just automatically refund us?
