    Hello Folks.

Unlike so many threads of disappointment and disputes, obviously justified by this trouble days, this one was open to give "moral" support to all the staff members which are working to try to rebuild the shack just as it was until a few days ago.

Serious issues can happen for both technical problems, both for human errors but I can understand the pressure to which they are subject, from the customers side and from the WGT side, so guys hold on and try to make everything work fine as soon as possible.

The criticism in these cases may be helpful but if perpetrated become demotivating then customer as I give you my personal "do a good job".

    Respect.

On a personal level I wish the vast majority well there I am sure, and no one any harm:)

At a corporate level the place needs a kick up the jacksie.

Every fast money latest cheap trick from ball gifting to accidental pass buying with one click to a bad joke called the CC Event.  Combine that with the abysmal service of ongoing discos, invites broken and etc , and it's been bad time.

Their CS unit remains excellent even though they must be inundated with complaints in the current shambles.  Whoever is in charge there maybe needs a promotion to over see the rest of it.  Mods are earning their money too at the moment, I don't envy this period.

What was the "accidental cc pass" thing Jimbo? I noticed I bought one the other day and thought I must have clicked on the "buy" button. I never thought I hit it so I am wondering if it was what you were talking about.

I think Jim is referring to when you *accidentally* click on buy a cc pass.....it doesn't ask are you sure you want to do this like it does with everything else you buy.....they just laugh, take your credits and run off.

At one point a glitch gave everyone a bag full of free CC Passes in error.

WGT then took back the bag full of CC Passes.

Perhaps you meant to hit "use (free) pass" but found the "buy pass" button at the same spot. This, and the non-existant confirmation makes up an accidental buy.

Also, some players are too surprised by the "gift balls" feature after MP games - they click "buy" accidentally.

Ready-Go stuck issue seems solved, indeed it's solve but there are still works to do for fill up the list with new links, set up a refund for all those players which entered a bracket tour and dust off the problems with a symbolic gift.

Great work guys, thank you for set up all to normal.
