Missing Coins/Credits

    I had 552 coins before I started a free to play tournament.  Throughout the tournament, I noticed that I had only 492 coins.  

    I do not have any recollection of buying anything.  If I can view past purchases, please let me know.  I have never purchased anything that I am aware of.  If I bought something accidentally, then I would at least like to know where it went :)

    If this is the wrong forum, please let me know.

    You can check you transaction history in your account section.  Just click on account right above Play Now.  You can also contact customer service and they can look for you.

    But, the greenfee is due for the course but not for the free tournament. WGT has admitted the error, spoiling the tournament for the CC who payed for it, but seems reluctant to refund.

    - no mentioning here,

    - no automatic refund.

    Thank you all for your help!  I will contact customer service as other people have suggested.  

    If I don't get my credits back, then I guess I learned my lesson :)

     

    On the plus side, I was 2 inches from getting a hole in one on the back nine!
