Really!!!! The only thing associated with Supersonic that pays is the videos, most of the time anyway...
I don't even look at your offers anymore because they NEVER pay, NEVER!!!!
I tried CS a long time ago twice to no avail on valid complaints and decided it was easier to ignore your offers and only do the videos!!!!
I alone would not be a big deal but multiply "my" experience by 1,000's if not 10's of 1,000's and tell me this, is it more profitable not to pay, or pay and not lose customers?
Silkyuk is right, your CS is terrible, obnoxious, and goes above and beyond to make us go away rather than resolve issues, if you didn't know that you do now!
I must admit that the offers on Peanut Labs seldom pay either, surveys don't pay occasionally, but a simple complaint usually gets you paid in a couple of days 95% of the time....not weeks, days!
edit: let me ad this, I posted about getting ripped off by Supersonic long ago and got a message from "shoe" a day or so later asking if it was alright to give Supersonic my email and try to resolve that issue we had, and I refused as that would have been the 3rd experience for me, and I didn't want the headaches I had twice before with them...however it does show they actively monitor these forums...
