Issues with Bracket Tournaments

  We sincerely apologize for this issue with brackets. We still have not tracked down the exact cause of the matter, so I can't post that the issue is completely resolved.

  We know that some players that entered brackets on from Friday till this morning were able to get through all their rounds. However, many were not, which is why tracking down the problem has been difficult. It has been a hit or miss situation if players could advance.

  Players may see some issues within the next couple days and may not be able to complete the round. If you do, please contact Support so that we can rectify that situation.

  Again, we greatly apologize for the inconvenience and truly appreciate your support.

  I sent a email ( no response of course ) So , we come here express are feelings and you all I guess only post the ones you feel comfortable posting . And also why are there brackets available to play at cost , If you don't know the point of origin that is affecting this , then stop the brackets till you find it . I mean come on . That statement right there says it all to me , are you really here to help or fix it or just bunch of bull ? You all know how I feel . I will just roll my pant legs up till I guess will I have no clue . Can only  post on reviews . Highly suggest a contact number , so , you all just don't get members guessing on what the , how I say this nice . Will you get my drift . Get it fixed or don't allow it .

  I sent in a report 4 days ago and a further one 2 days ago regarding a 25crd bracket with a 300crd  start. To date no one has been credited, I played 3 x 9 holes during this bracket i don't suppose we will be getting extra credits or balls used for this *** up, (or even the decency of a satisfactory reply) or is it just going to be another smash n grab  .

  Do any Mods actually have an answer as to what is going on there.

  Still no reply/refunds from CS or A "mod"   Ahh well what did i expect. Clearly been here too long to count.
