Hi, this happened to me at Whistler 6 months ago and eventually I had to disconnect. If you aim away from the hole it will let you putt as I found out the 20th time I tried to finish my round and didnt aim my birdie putt correctly and it rolled past the hole.
The Wgt Techs fixed my issues after I sent a screen shot and explanation. Wgt refunded my money equal to my finishing position if my putt was allowed to go in.
