access to complete player list?

  This is true. It gives the players whose names are at the beginning of the alphabet more chance of a game.

  But you can search ... for example entering user name of haw returns five pages of players whose user name starts with haw.

  WGT set it up that way purposely. Think about it. How much resources on your PC would a list of well over 1 million names take up? If enough pages loaded to list everyone the load time alone would be staggering and then people would be whining to WGT about that. The best solution is type in a single letter. As far a friends list is concerned. The best way is coming to the forums and when you see an interesting person try to add them. The people you interact with in here are more apt to accept your add.

  Thanks when I type a single letter, I don't get a list like most search engines would give me
