i have read a few of the issues that everyone is having

im just wondering, is there anyone getting, what i am seeing,

i hit a drive or approach or a putt, and when the ball is in the air, and is about to land my avatar appears just for a second, in the next screen shot  like a ghost,  sometimes my avatar and the flag appear,  same with putting

as everyone above has said the game is unplayable now

would really love to know why WGT keep pissing us all off with their stupid mistakes,

most of our CC tourneys now are worthless, because our members will refuse to play under these conditions

    another disgruntle member

He's not. I'm not seeing issues with it, either. I do see that off center ding thing but not every time I putt.

What browser are you using Jim?

    CD dedicated to the game.

On that ding thing, I'm getting the impression that only the rendering has changed. Everything up to the ding appears normal but when you hear that ding, instead of the center line lighting up, whatever overlay is used to turn it yellow jumps to the right.

I would not go adjusting scales or graphs or whatever one uses. The center is still the ding and this only happens when you actually ding the putt. Missing early and missing late still play the same.

    WGTdbloshoe:

Everyone we are currently testing away on the ding issue.  We are trying to get to the root cause of the issue.  The current theory is that it is a display issue with the assets and not a issue with the swing meter.

For what it is worth...I play on a desktop w/ XP, good graphics card, plenty of memory and and fast enough processor...everything cleaned out and updated.

I bring up the game page with FF and use arrows to make it full screen as the graphics are a little choppy with full screen..

I can tell you for sure, the images are bigger on the screen(as in closer), and seem clearer than they were before the update...I had to widen the power gauge I use to fit the meter too..

However it absolutely sucks, choppy graphics, I have never had much of a meter issue and it is unplayable now, I have NEVER seen it this bad....the graphics when putting are beyond ridiculous....so it does seem like a display issue of some sort.

You're correct there, Dave. The picture is also strange when you change the views. The transition is less smooth.

Yes i'm getting the ding sound on anything late when putting but it still acts like i've missed it late.

My meter is jittery but it's a consistent jitter so still playable.

    Using Maxthon.

I just noticed something else, if I view a replay of a shot, after I close that replay window it won't let my downswing start on the next shot, even a putt.

Someone go view a replay of their first shot and try to hit your second shot and see if it works.

    I'm using Maxthon 3

And yes, I can still see the stutter while the ball is in the air, didn't do that yesterday.

WGT   THE ONLY UP DATE ANY PLAYER WANTS TO SEE IS NOT ANOTHER COST TO US TO GET THROUGH THE DEBACLE YOU ALL STARTED WITH THE NEW ROUGH CONDITIONS TO HELP THE FEW.  THE ONLY UP DATE THAT WILL KEEP ANYONE PLAYING AND MAYBE PAYING FOR ANY NEW CLUBS IS THAT YOU GO BACK AND RESTART THE GAME WHERE IT WAS BEFORE YOU MESSED IT UP WITH YOUR DAM ROUGH CHANGE.. IF YOU HAVENT NOTICED ALL THESE THINGS HAVE STARTED FROM THAT POINT ........... HAVE YOU EVEN TRIED THIS WE CAN DO IT FROM OUR COMPUTERS THERE IS NO REASON YOU CANT. THATS THE LEAST YOU COULD DO AND WHO KNOW WHAT ELSE IT WILL CLEAR UP BUT YOU WILL NEVER KNOW TILL YOU TRY.....       WE BEG OF YOU TO TRY THIS PLEASE IT WONT HURT YOUR PRECIOUS GAME ALL IT WILL DO IS START IT BAK TO THE FORMAT YOU HAD BEFORE YOU DID THAT BS MOVE TO HELP THE FEW GET OUT OF THE ROUGH WE HAD TO LEARN WHY DONT THEY.
