There are a lot of problems, but this one I had not. My meter was as usual yesterday and it is today.

My swing meter is back to normal.....Thanks!

The problem with,"{ if I view a replay of a shot, after I close that replay window it won't let my downswing start on the next shot, even a putt}" is still there, it's not important but I'm just giving you guys a heads up as this will end your game.

If you x out your game window, then reopen and continue round it works again.  So you don't have to give up on a round altogether, just don't watch any replays for now lol.

Why watch ur own replays during a SP game.

The only reason I do is to see the line of my forthcoming putt.

Normally it would be for what you say, to see the line of the putt your about to have.

But,  sometimes I hit a really great shot and want to watch it again since they seem to be happening less frequently.  ;-)

Actually, I was toying around with big miss hits with the wind to see how big of a hook/slice I could get  when I found the glitch/bug.  Other times I want to see just how close the ball was to the hole because during the actual shot I could have sworn it should have dropped.  One of those "how did it not go in" shots.  Also, if I am mapping new clubs (wedges in this case grrrr) to see carry/landing distance and how much roll out.

Now anytime somebody has a jerky meter it is going to be all WGT's fault and no way will WGT be able to convince them otherwise.

    ^^^  LOL

Wow....It's the best tool you can use to gauge how far a particular shot carries and rolls, pause it when it hits and check the yardage!, also different views. Sometimes out of a bunker you won't see where it first landed....but.now you'll know!!

The replay problem reported above by hpurey and others does not occur in CTTH games.

Different states in SP vs CTTH.  After exiting a SP replay the normal progression is to a Shot Complete state and the game goes to the new ball position (unless the shot went in the cup then it goes to Hole Complete state)  After exiting a CTTH replay the normal progression is to a Hole Complete state.

I wonder if the game locks up in SP if we replay a hole-out?

**edit**  I tried it on SP at Bandon and it did not lock up after a replay of the made putt.

But then again, my game didn't lock up after replay of the next hole tee shot.

The only thing I have noticed is the player info and menus in the upper left corner is missing after my replays.

Eureka!! I can honestly say the meter issues have been finally resolved!! And yes, thanks goes out to those at WGT who worked to get it finally fixed!! icon and admin2 gets kudos for their attempts to keep us informed of any progress that was being made to get the meter back to what it once was. They're the ones that catch all the crap most of the time so my hats off to them!!

    +1

    ThreeSpot:

What I'd really like to hear is a commitment to pre-release testing.

Written procedures that are scrupulously followed prior to each release. And updated as inadequacies in the test procedure are discovered.

Like a real software development company would do.

Like a company truly committed to customer satisfaction would do.

Like apparently WGT will not do until it is too late and they have lost the loyal of the loyal, the multi-year everyday players, the players who used to think WGT might one day focus on eliminating rather than reacting to bugs.

    QFT. +1.
