See it, hit it, swear! lol - this is so frustrating, but great fun in a sick kind of way. Thanks again Corwyn, started badly, couldn't buy a putt and then killed it totally with a stupid double from 10 ft from the pin! Ah well, next month! :)

Big improvement for me in round 2, 9 better than the first attempt. Nothing exceptional, but managed to sink plenty of par putts this time & stay out of the water

Well always love a challenge...just sometimes the challenge the challenge doesn't love me :)

still managed a 79 (woo-hoo!) none of my stats were any better than what I had round 1 so I wont post....I can only hope my long putt from round 1 (somewhere north of 52 feet) holds up

You definitely play faster than me, but you still take some time deciding on strategy/odds on some of your uel starter shots.

And the fun of this tournament for me is the thought process that goes into playing it. If you eliminate the time for my thought process (I'm a little (well maybe a lot) slow) then that fun is gone and the game is just a social event which can also be fun, but that is a totally different game.

btw - very nice shooting under par in both rounds, not a easy task.

Fun tournament again, starting to like the starters more and more each time we play with them. I thought i was gonna shoot a even par round or better but the short game let me down on the back 9

Whatever could have gone wrong did!

Kept a theme of finding downhill lies throughout the round starting with #1..

Out of it as early as #2 with an 8. Knocked in the brush and 3 putted.

#3- Another downhill fw lie, got up and down from back of the green.

#4- Drove in rough,laid up ,pitched to 6 ft but lipped out on higher side

#5- Great look for bird from 10 ft missed with late hit

#6- Another DH lie,up and down with a 10 ft putt

#7- DH lie for 3rd again, 2 putt par

#8- Another good look at bird from 12 ft missed with late hit

#9- Lipped out from 6 ft ,made bogey

#10- Another DH lie from fairway,par putt from 9.6 lips out

#11- Only birdie of the round,played safe away from flag,rolled bird in from 11.7 ft

#12- Missed green left ,up and in for par

#13- Good look at bird,grazed the cup

#14- Straight DW,went over the green.Lip out from 8.5 ft

#15- A 180 deg lip out from 23 ft ,settled for par

Pretty much gave up after that and turned in with 2 more doubles
