ACCIDENTALLY BOUGHT MORE CREDITS THAN I WANTED!

  I recently made an honest mistake in purchasing 5000 credits when I only wanted 500. I messaged customer service and have waited for 5 hours for a response but still haven't gotten one. Please Help!
