Invite issues

  Is there a remote chance that WGT can resolve the invite issues many of us seem to be experiencing.  Its a shame because this is the major reason I remain here is to play my friends and they cannot receive my invites for whatever reason and I am not receiving theirs.  I'm sure part of the answer is to deflect responsibility and blame me and my computer, but it is happening everywhere that I know people.

  there's a very good chance but as usual they'll take their time about it . .

  This is what I got from Customer Services, happy days may return sometime !

   

  Support (WGT) Mar 20, 13:13 Hello, Thank you for contacting us at WGT. We are aware of the Invite issue. It is more difficult to correct an issue that is server related however we believe that a resolution is coming to our players within the next week or two. We do not have an the exact time frame on when this correction will be made. Regards, WGT Member Services

  I am sorry, but I just don't buy computer / programming / server issues will take another two weeks to fix.

  That is just beyond reasonable in this day and age.

   

  If my PC plus 4 others have a problem , a virus or malfunction then I get it fixed in 24 hours.

  That is tolerable, anything longer is not !

   

  I expect it of myself and I expect it of my suppliers.

   

  I have a Japanese motorbike which if and when it goes wrong I am assured new parts can be brought in from japan and fitted within a week.

  Maybe u wonkers should talk to Kawasaki or Honda.
